Salary: $189,000–$208,000 per year, plus $47,000–$52,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

What you will do

• Support implementation, daily operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems.
• Provide Tier I help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, including problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and user assistance.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, network components, servers, storage, client devices, and mobile devices.
• Support the installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization through capacity analysis and planning.
• Support system design, mission architecture, hardware integration, and service-oriented architecture dependencies.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly is required.
• Fifteen years of experience as a Systems Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five additional years of Systems Administrator experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience administering UNIX and Windows systems and troubleshooting server hardware, applications, software, and network components.
• Working knowledge of Cisco routers and switches, system administration interdependencies, and service-oriented architecture.
