AI/Gen AI Solution Architect Expert

Salary: Gross annual base salary starting from €38,000

What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI solutions in collaboration with clients, translating business needs into technical architectures.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for LLM, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision applications.
• Lead AI solution development and implementation while guiding technology selection and validating delivery proposals.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, architecture decision records, and design documentation.
• Support presales through technical proposals, client presentations, and implementation guidance.
• Act as the technical interface for non-functional requirements, solution validation, cross-project support, and technical interviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in generative AI development methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Advanced architecture expertise, including end-to-end design and evaluation of performance, cost, security, and other technical trade-offs.
• Strong expertise in multi-agent architecture and agent-to-agent collaboration patterns, including A2A and MCP.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills for complex, non-standard solutions and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services projects or consulting firms.
• Architecture certifications such as AWS, Azure AI, Solution Architect, or Databricks.
• Experience in multi-project or multi-client environments.
