AI/Gen AI Solution Architect Expert

Location: Milan, Italy, with smart working possibility and a hybrid work model

Gross annual base salary starting from €38,000.

What you will do

• Design AI solutions by translating client business requirements and challenges into technical approaches.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end architectures for AI and GenAI solutions.
• Lead development and implementation of LLM, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision applications.
• Guide technology selection and validate solutions proposed by delivery teams.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, ADRs, and design documentation.
• Support presales activities, client presentations, technical proposals, non-functional requirements, and solution validation.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in GenAI development methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Advanced architecture expertise, including evaluation of performance, cost, security, and other technical trade-offs.
• Strong knowledge of multi-agent architecture and agent-to-agent collaboration patterns, including A2A and MCP.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools, plus strong problem-solving skills for complex, non-standard solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services projects or consulting firms.
• Architecture certifications such as AWS, Azure AI, Solution Architect, or Databricks.
• Experience working in multi-project and multi-client environments.
