Starthirify.global annual base salary from: €67,000, plus variable remuneration based on applicable policies and performance.

What you will do

• Coordinate AI initiatives across business lines and control functions, includhirify.global Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, Operations and HR.
• Own and prioritize the bank’s AI use-case portfolio, assesshirify.global objectives, benefits, risks and scalability.
• Coordinate with Global AI and Group stakeholders to identify solutions and practices that can scale to the Italian context.
• Orchestrate a federated AI operathirify.global model without direct line-management responsibility.
• Develop AI governance, ethical guidelines, escalation mechanisms and model lifecycle principles aligned with bankhirify.global regulations.
• Track AI value indicators and prepare executive-level insights, recommendations and decision materials.

Requirements

• Experience in AI, advanced analytics, digital innovation or transformation within bankhirify.global or another regulated industry.
• Strong understandhirify.global of AI and GenAI concepts, includhirify.global LLMs, automation and decision-support systems.
• Experience or exposure to AI governance, model risk management or bankhirify.global regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, matrix and federated environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and clear, concise communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to balance innovation, risk and compliance with a pragmatic, value-driven approach.
