Salary: $130,700–$192,800 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Develop and secure approval for high-level global Office Print Solutions portfolio plans and investments.
• Align portfolio priorities with organizational objectives and define related metrics, goals, and benchmarks.
• Lead special projects, investigate new business models, and align business insights with strategic partners.
• Influence customer segmentation and develop strategies for different customer segments at a global scale.
• Coordinate marketing and launch messaging and partner with go-to-market teams to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams while mentoring lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
• Knowledge of analytics, data analysis, business development, business strategy, market research, and product management.
• Experience with go-to-market strategy, KPIs, product strategy, value propositions, and new product development.
• Ability to communicate effectively, stay customer-centric, demonstrate results orientation, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
