Technical Product Manager - Kubernetes and Containers

Location: United States; hybrid work with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

Salary: USD 126,500–240,500 annual base salary in Colorado; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more Kubernetes and container products.
• Define value propositions, target customer segments, and business cases for innovative products.
• Translate market requirements into customer and marketing details using customer, business, financial, and industry knowledge.
• Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and end-of-life stages.
• Align value-chain partners across engineering, supply chain, and marketing to optimize margins and execute product plans.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor teams working on complex, ambiguous initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
• Expert cross-functional leadership skills, including influencing work through others.
• Expert ability to build cost-efficient solutions and create and analyze financial performance metrics.
• Strong business acumen, root-cause analysis, and problem-detection skills.

• MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering.
