Analyst, Partner Operations (m/w/d)

Location: Germany; hybrid working with three days per week in the office and remote flexibility on the remaining days

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor the complete partner order-to-cash process.
• Review and process partner and customer orders and contracts.
• Support contract terminations, adjustments, and Deal Desk inquiries involving complex quotation structures.
• Create partner business analyses and statistics, including activity and order-volume reporting.
• Perform data quality reviews in internal systems and improve order-processing workflows.

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training, a business-related degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial professional experience in Sales Operations, Partner Management, or Order Management.
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and service-oriented approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and accounting software, plus advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel formulas and PivotTables.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or another advanced CRM platform.
• Additional accounting software experience beyond DATEV.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain or order management processes.
