Location: Bangalore or remote; workplace listed as hybrid.

What you will do
- Define and drive technical vision across intelligent networking, distributed systems, real-time data processing, agentic AI, and machine learning platforms.
- Lead architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations across the full software development lifecycle.
- Build scalable data pipelines, distributed microservices, agentic solutions, and integrations with networking systems.
- Design resilient, secure, observable, and high-performance services for real-time data and AI platforms.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions and reviews, and establish engineering direction.
- Improve architecture, system performance, engineering processes, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of software development lifecycle experience and 7+ years of programming experience.
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- 3+ years designing and architecting large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with real-time microservices, stream processing, distributed data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI or agentic systems, network telemetry, or large-scale analytics.
- Experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead, with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems.
Nice to have
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience with generative AI or agentic systems, including tool use, planning, memory, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Experience with networking, network management, observability, telemetry, cloud infrastructure, or distributed control-plane systems.
- Experience with Kafka, Spark, Flink, PySpark, MapReduce, or comparable distributed data technologies.
