What you will do
- Communicate with project stakeholders about project specifics and expected outcomes.
- Support project planning and execution.
- Coordinate and oversee project tasks, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Handle administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, creating invoices, and supporting estimates.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates.
- Complete additional tasks delegated by the Producer efficiently and on time.
Requirements
- Strong planning skills across project and people management.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Logical thinking, proactive behavior, and a high level of responsibility.
Nice to have
- Experience working with international clients.
