Platform Operations Manager (Cross-Platform)

What you will do

• Supervise assigned game titles across processes, P&L, development metrics, store presence, featuring requirements, and platform compliance.
• Coordinate with Game Teams, including production, QA, game design, and graphics, to plan resources and support project execution.
• Monitor progress, anticipate issues, provide guidance, and support on-time delivery of high-quality output.
• Track game health and KPIs while resolving operational issues involving servers, in-app purchases, ratings, crashes, sales, and alarms.
• Propose platform and gameplay improvements to optimize costs, installs, DAU, PAU, ARPI, and ARPDAU.
• Coordinate new feature implementation, HQ requests, operational reporting, and communication among game managers, HQ, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate-level experience.
• Experience or capability in game platform operations and cross-functional project coordination.
• Ability to monitor project progress, game health, operational KPIs, and delivery risks.
• Ability to coordinate with production, QA, game design, graphics, HQ, and management stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Hanoi office.
