Game Producer

Location: Remote in Canada, Montreal, Quebec

What you will do

• Own production planning for assigned projects, workstreams, or teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day development across Design, Art, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, delivery plans, and production reports.
• Track scope, quality, deadlines, workload, capacity, resources, estimates, and forecasts.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, production meetings, and other project rituals.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; coordinate mitigation, escalation, change management, and resolution.

Requirements

• Experience as a Producer, Associate Producer, Project Manager, or in an equivalent video game industry role.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and multidisciplinary production environments.
• Experience coordinating Design, Art, Engineering, QA, and other development functions.
• Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and availability to work remotely from Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management platforms.
• Experience improving production processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
