What you will do
- Lead production management, project planning, and resource management teams, with approximately five direct reports.
- Prepare project budgets and plans and support sales in negotiating client proposals and contracts.
- Organize production workflows, pipelines, and tools to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Establish production processes and quality systems for high-standard art production.
- Improve studio performance metrics, develop producer competencies, and advise senior management.
- Manage communication with key clients and guide producers in delivering transparent project updates.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in project management within gaming, IT, software, or movie VFX.
- Strong knowledge of project management methods, production pipelines, and tools.
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Art.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
