Producer (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid in Genoa, Italy (office presence required two days per week)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily production activities across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project priorities.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and documentation using standard production processes.
• Monitor progress and track deliverables, identifying risks for escalation and resolution.
• Prepare project reports and analyses for Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate team communication by documenting meetings and tracking action items.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows, tools, and production processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or project coordination within the games industry or digital products.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep priorities and next steps clear.
• Confidence in communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from Genoa, Italy (hybrid)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
