What you will do

• Own and operate CI/CD systems across autonomy, embedded, and ground software.
• Reduce build and test cycle times, eliminate pipeline bottlenecks, and improve developer productivity.
• Scale simulation testing from containerized single-agent runs to orchestrated clusters.
• Manage build and test infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory, and cloud build agents.
• Automate common workflows to create a self-service DevOps model and partner with developers on build and test failures.
• Integrate CI pipelines with HIL and simulation environments, and implement dashboards, monitoring, and alerts for CI/CD health.

Requirements

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of industry experience; or MS/PhD with 5+ years.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, containers, orchestration, and cloud build clusters.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI pipelines and improving developer productivity at scale.
• Ability to obtain a S//SAR-level security clearance is desired.

Nice to have

• Experience building simulation or HIL-based test pipelines.
• CMake/C++ expertise and dependency management with Conan or CPM.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible, and monitoring with Grafana or Prometheus.
• Background in robotics, autonomy, or aerospace systems.
