Marketing Account Executive

What you will do

• Support the Marketing Account Manager with account coordination and day-to-day Marketing Services activities.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, creative packages, landing pages, CRM activities, and other marketing solutions across internal teams.
• Prepare briefs, requirements, timelines, activation schedules, proposals, presentations, and organiser-facing materials.
• Track deliverables, approvals, event information, and follow-ups to keep campaigns progressing on time.
• Communicate organiser feedback and requests, coordinate updates, and support routine organiser communications.
• Gather performance information and reporting, maintain account documentation, and flag delays or concerns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, client servicing, media sales, business development, or a related field.
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and CRM.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, proactive, and solution-oriented skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage internal follow-ups in a high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and ability to support proposals and presentations.
• English proficiency is required; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.

• Experience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry.
• Exposure to performance-based marketing campaigns and key campaign metrics.
• Experience working with promoters, agencies, event organisers, or external partners.
