Tech Transfer Process Integration Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Coordinate technology transfer workshops and integrated loop-level meetings for FEOL, NVM, MOL, and BEOL process areas.
• Transfer process routes, reticles, starting materials, process and metrology recipes, qualification plans, electrical test programs, and technical documentation from the POR fab.
• Coordinate short-loop flows and lot exchanges between the POR and receiving fabs, including recipe matching for electrical, physical, reliability, and defect-density performance.
• Resolve process mismatches and challenges arising during installation, qualification, product yield improvement, and production ramp.
• Manage recipe control, release, change management, process freezing, risk production, and loop-level reliability qualification.
• Build relationships across receiving fab, POR fab, customers, and quality organizations to deliver project milestones and successful product audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in semiconductor process integration, yield, product development, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor technology transfer, product development, strategic partnerships, or related technology sectors.
• Experience managing complex partnerships, communicating progress to senior leadership, and working with international, diverse, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Product management and domain knowledge of automotive, IoT, and consumer electronic systems.
• Understanding of advanced CMOS, power applications, and embedded NVM process features.
• Experience managing automotive quality issues and supply chain activities.
• Proactive work ethic and ability to identify and independently pursue improvement opportunities.
