Senior Product Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support daily die-sort production through yield analysis, lot disposition, troubleshooting, engineering data collection, and production pack-out support.
• Lead 6 Sigma and quick-win projects to improve product yield and quality while reducing costs.
• Investigate customer claims and coordinate multifunctional teams through case closure using the 8D approach.
• Coach and lead shift technicians in resolving daily production issues.
• Coordinate with wafer-fab and sister sites, production engineering, and quality assurance on yield, quality, and new-production-introduction activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, microelectronics, communications, or a related field; candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor industry experience, including 3 or more years working directly with die sort or final test.
• Experience with the EG4090 or UF2000 prober system.
• Hands-on experience with ETS200T, ETS88, or a comparable test platform.
• Good English skills are required for reading, writing, and communication with English-speaking colleagues.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ownership skills.
