Location: On-site full-time in Barrie, Ontario, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

What you will do

• Lead and coach client service and financial services professionals.
• Deliver a high standard of client experience and deepen client relationships.
• Encourage quick resolution of client complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Support business performance monitoring and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Coordinate across client offers and partners to match clients with appropriate financial advice.
• Build a positive, productive, and collaborative team environment and support recruitment in the community.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to achieve team goals.
• Client-first approach with experience in financial advising, financial products, compliance, and risk management.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
