Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Ottawa, ON) - 100% Commission

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; virtual role with remote work enabled and occasional on-site attendance.

Compensation: 100% commission, plus incentive pay and benefits subject to plan terms.

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice and recommend product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at times and locations convenient for them while supporting a strong client experience.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to provide personalized mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Understand the local market, create sales plans, convert leads, and generate new hirify.global clients.
• Build relationships with internal partners, external realtors, and community contacts to generate referrals.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience, including mortgage lending and mortgage documentation.
• Business development, networking, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and ability to develop a client network.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
