Location: Greater City of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada; primarily remote with occasional on-site attendance

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting their home ownership goals.

• Build referral networks with banking centre teams, realtors, and community partners.
• Support clients with mortgage documentation, mortgage lending, and financial planning needs.

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, and business development skills.
• Ability to understand the local market, generate opportunities, and deliver results.
