Master Data Analyst (JD Edwards)

What you will do

• Manage product and process master data in JD Edwards, including item masters, BOMs, routings, work centers, resources, scrap factors, and standard cost inputs.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Change Notifications, maintaining technical accuracy, documentation, and change control.
• Validate BOMs, routings, operation sequences, standard times, and material consumption against manufacturing processes.
• Prepare master data for new product introductions, product transfers, process changes, and end-of-life activities.
• Investigate and correct data discrepancies affecting production, inventory, planning, costing, and product launches.
• Develop governance standards, dashboards, KPIs, validation rules, and user training for JD Edwards processes and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing master data, engineering, product industrialization, or related functions.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards.
• Practical knowledge of item master data, BOMs, manufacturing routings, standard costs, scrap factors, ECO/ECN, NPI, and engineering change control.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Query and Power BI.
• Knowledge of APICS/ASCM, manufacturing planning and control, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Core Tools.
• Manufacturing process knowledge and production-floor experience.
