Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Richmond Hill, ON) (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada; remote work is available, with occasional on-site attendance. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Build meaningful client relationships and support clients on their schedules and at convenient locations.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to provide mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans and convert leads into new hirify.global clients.
• Build referral networks with internal business partners, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and potential client base.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, ownership, and accountability.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
