What you will do
- Act as the customer interface for media-related quality issues and provide support on initial feedback and triggering or working issues.
- Monitor and analyze media product performance and review substrate quality performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Provide proactive feedback to the Substrate team on potential quality issues at an early stage.
- Manage part containment, disposition, and return-to-vendor arrangements for media-side parts.
- Maintain quality data tracking, including data traceability, RTV records, and returned samples.
- Monitor substrate NPP aging in media inventories and consolidate RoHS compliance reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or possess equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical methods, including Six Sigma, Minitab, and 8D problem solving.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
