Lead QA (Game Development)

Location: Prague. The role supports a key project in Shanghai and includes relocation support.

What you will do

• Lead a QA team working with video game production teams in an international environment.
• Provide hands-on QA leadership and ensure the quality of deliverables and testing coverage.
• Define testing plans and processes for embedded Dev QA and external General QA with producers and stakeholders.
• Support team growth through training, reviews, and evaluations.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of QA tools.
• Build effective communication and collaboration across development, QA, and other disciplines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a QA lead role in the game industry, or relevant QA experience in another IT field.
• Experience shipping games, preferably AAA titles, across PC, console, and mobile platforms in a senior or lead role.
• Project and people management skills, strong communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, QA tools, Jira or TTP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices, strong analytical skills, resilience under pressure, and solid video game knowledge.
