Tools Equipment Specialist (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Inspect, test, adjust, and calibrate specialized tools and equipment used in wind turbine construction.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
• Repair tools, gauges, and fixtures, and assess whether defective or worn components can be salvaged.
• Maintain records of inspections, testing, maintenance, and calibration activities.
• Keep equipment documentation and certifications current and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
• Manage tool and spare-parts inventory, report stock requirements, and coordinate workload within the Equipment Center.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical education in mechanics, electronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial or heavy construction equipment.
• Knowledge of tool and equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, quality control, and compliance standards.
• Experience maintaining accurate technical documentation and following quality requirements.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
