Wind Technician (Wind Power)

Location: Tornio, Lapland, Finland; on-site work with readiness to travel and support other sites.

What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting, annual maintenance, inspections, improvements, and modifications on wind turbines across different platforms.
• Resolve on-site electrical and mechanical problems in collaboration with colleagues and support teams.
• Complete all work with safety as the highest priority and follow the SFS-6002 electrical standard.
• Document and report service activities accurately and maintain high quality standards.
• Monitor, coordinate, and follow up on subcontractor assignments.

Requirements

• Technical high school education with required electrical training.
• Experience in wind power, electrical work, mechanics, or hydraulics is advantageous.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English is required.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and genuine interest in technical problem-solving.
• Readiness to travel, support other sites, and participate in occasional weekend on-call services.
