• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting their home ownership goals.
• Develop local-market sales plans that convert leads into new hirify.global clients.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams, realtors, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Deliver a client-focused experience and achieve business development results.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and client service skills.
• Experience with mortgage lending and mortgage documentation.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Goal orientation, accountability, and a client-first approach.
