hirify.global is engaging language experts for an AI training project focused on improving Italian-language understanding and generation.

What you will do

• Listen to Italian audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and overall linguistic quality.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document assessments and provide clear explanations and justifications in English.
• Apply established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Complete audio review tasks accurately within project deadlines and provide insights to improve AI language models.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Italian, including strong spoken and written command.
• English proficiency at B2+ level for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain linguistic observations.
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation criteria consistently and work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice specialization, music, audio engineering, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, language evaluation, or linguistic assessment.
• Experience evaluating pronunciation, accents, speech patterns, or voice quality.
• Familiarity with AI-generated speech or language technologies.
