Finance Cost and Inventory Director (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead cost and inventory planning functions across multiple semiconductor fabs in the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Develop and implement cost accounting processes and tools for product costing, margin analysis, and high-volume production flux analysis.
• Manage inventory balances, valuation, reconciliation, reserves, and global inventory optimization.
• Prepare financial reports, support audits, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Lead ERP transformation, process improvement, system upgrades, and digital finance initiatives.
• Manage and develop global direct and matrix teams and lead cost accounting and inventory integration for acquired entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CMA is preferred.
• 10+ years of cost accounting experience in complex semiconductor manufacturing environments with global multi-site experience.
• Experience directly leading senior managers and finance or accounting staff.
• Expertise in product costing standards, PPV, utilization, labor and overhead variance analysis, and inventory valuation across MES and ERP systems.
• Experience designing audit-ready controls, leading SOX and external walkthroughs, and preparing technical memos and control narratives.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, cross-system reporting, and executive stakeholder management.
