Location: Toronto West/Vaughan, Ontario, Canada; primarily remote with occasional on-site attendance at ON-81 Bay Street-Virtual

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership goals.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver personalized mortgage and financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans to convert leads into new clients and deliver business results.
• Build referral networks with banking centre teams, realtors, and external community partners.
• Meet clients at times and locations convenient for them while supporting a flexible work arrangement.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience, including knowledge of mortgage lending, documentation, and processes.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, business development, and client-service skills.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
• Legally eligible to work in the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment or other skills tests during recruitment.
