Consultant, Active Directory Entra ID Specialist (Entra ID)

Location: Toronto, ON; on-site full-time or hybrid with 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Maintain and support production and non-production enterprise identity infrastructure.
• Provide operational support for Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Connect, SSO, Azure MFA, Conditional Access, and virtual directory services.
• Investigate operational issues, prioritize incidents, manage escalations, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.
• Assess impacts of planned system changes and projects while ensuring business continuity, security, compliance, and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with technology, QA, project teams, business partners, senior management, and internal and external clients.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to maintain 24x7 support and coordinate recovery efforts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Active Directory and Entra ID backend infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory monitoring, logging, and security tools; Entra Connect; PowerShell scripting; and automation.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SSO, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Services, Quest Active Roles Server, LDAP, DNS, GPO, MFA, Conditional Access, and certificate management.
• Experience managing and maintaining Windows servers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a technical discipline.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
