What you will do

• Lead the Facilities organization across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring safe and reliable 24/7 operations.
• Oversee advanced cleanroom and utility systems, including HVAC, UPW, PCW, and high-availability electrical infrastructure.
• Drive reliability engineering programs to achieve >99.99% critical utilities uptime.
• Manage large-scale CAPEX programs, including infrastructure modernization and new capacity build-outs.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives using FMCS, SCADA, and advanced analytics.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory and EHS requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in cleanroom-based or mission-critical manufacturing environments.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience managing facilities engineering or operations.
• Proven track record in crisis management and infrastructure capacity scaling.
• Deep expertise in cleanroom environmental control and utility systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
