Location: Guelph/Cambridge, Ontario, Canada; primarily remote with occasional on-site work

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while delivering a personalized customer experience.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to provide mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Build a local-market sales plan to convert leads into new hirify.global clients.
• Develop relationships with internal business partners, external realtors, and community networks to generate referrals.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgages, including mortgage lending and documentation.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Understanding of the local market and potential client base.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional on-site attendance as agreed during the interview process.
