Customer Success Engineer, Industry Solutions (Retail and Industrial Solutions)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Full-time role with approximately 25% travel.

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Own long-term technical relationships between major retail customers and hirify.global.
• Lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams through engineering development and product implementation.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, logistics, prototypes, and supporting project teams across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with customer engineers, hirify.global engineering, manufacturing, and development partners to resolve escalated issues and deliver solutions.
• Communicate program progress, product changes, risks, and issue analysis to customer and internal stakeholders.
• Drive automation, quality initiatives, process improvements, documentation control, and mentoring for less-experienced staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in engineering development, project planning, people management, or a related field.
• Experience with project and program management, development schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of software development, automation, Lean Manufacturing, product management, and process improvement.
• Experience with JIRA and project planning tools.
