Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Fort Payne, Alabama, United States; office/site only

What you will do

• Provide daily technical support for stator coil manufacturing and resolve process and equipment issues.
• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes to improve safety, productivity, quality, and costs.
• Collaborate with design, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to address operational challenges.
• Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tooling and equipment.
• Identify and implement innovative manufacturing methods that improve competitiveness.
• Support compliance with safety regulations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing tools, technologies, project planning, and process optimization; 3+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
