Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada; remote work is possible with occasional on-site attendance at Grande Prairie-9825 116th St

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while delivering a strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams on mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Build a local-market sales plan, convert leads, generate new client opportunities, and deliver results.
• Develop referral relationships with internal business partners, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience, including mortgage lending and mortgage documentation.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Client-first approach with strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
