Senior Engineer, Product Engineering (PVD)

Location: Singapore; normal/swing shift or a 12-hour rotating shift may be required.

What you will do

• Analyze SPC and ESPC charts, investigate out-of-control conditions, and maintain accurate troubleshooting annotations.
• Analyze split-lot, DOE, electrical test, and sort-yield data using JMP and Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOPs, and SLDB updates in PROMIS (Si-View), and manage recipe checks through RMS.
• Raise and follow through on PCRB activities, qualification plans, data analysis, and corrective-action closure.
• Start up and qualify new processes and equipment, working with Equipment Engineers on acceptance and repeatability/reproducibility runs.
• Lead process-improvement, yield-improvement, equipment-matching, and cross-functional excursion-resolution projects while coaching junior and Process Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Diploma candidates require at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 4 years of relevant process-engineering experience, preferably in the electronics or electrical industry; candidates without prior experience may also be considered.
• Ability to identify, assess, and solve technical problems.
• Willingness to work normal/swing shifts or 12-hour rotating shifts when required.
• Analytical ability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and high integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor foundry or a similar industry.
