Design Insights & Validation Lead

What you will do

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research studies.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, surveys, and basic analytics.
• Analyze and synthesize research data into insights, recommendations, and stakeholder reports.
• Validate concepts, prototypes, and live experiences to improve usability and experience quality.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and external partners.
• Maintain research documentation, insight repositories, and reusable learnings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, HCI, Design Research, or a related field.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in UX or market research.
• Foundational experience with qualitative and quantitative UX research methods and data collection.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of user-centered design and validation processes.
• Familiarity with UX research platforms such as UserTesting, Suzy, Qualtrics, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted research tools for synthesis, survey generation, or insight analysis.
• Experience with remote, unmoderated, or scaled research approaches.
• Basic understanding of eye-tracking or behavioral analytics tools.
• Korean language proficiency for regional research support.
