What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a small team of multi-asset risk specialists.
• Partner with Multi-Asset CIOs, portfolio managers and senior stakeholders to influence portfolio construction and risk appetite.
• Enhance multi-asset risk capabilities and tooling, including stress, scenario, factor, liquidity and attribution analytics.
• Deliver risk and performance insights for multi-asset funds and OCIO mandates.
• Oversee daily and weekly monitoring of portfolio risks and adherence to the independent risk governance framework.
• Prepare decision-useful reporting on business exposures and emerging risk themes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant buy-side risk management experience, ideally with multi-asset strategies or solutions platforms.
• Experience partnering with CIOs, portfolio managers and senior investment stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cross-asset market dynamics, correlations, risk drivers and multi-asset portfolio construction.
• Hands-on knowledge of VaR, stress and scenario analysis, tracking error, liquidity risk, and risk/return attribution.
• People leadership experience or clear leadership potential, with strong quantitative, data and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of analytics or programming tools such as Python and experience partnering with Engineering or Technology.
