Sr Assoc Engineer (Parts Repair)

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronics, RF equipment, power supplies, controllers, PCBs, monitors, RF generators, RF matches, and chillers.
• Repair faulty units and perform functional testing.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs focused on repair success rates, parts lifetime extension, and stronger repair and testing capabilities.
• Support operations through swing-shift work and overtime when required.
• Participate in global meetings and cross-training programs, sharing and documenting technical knowledge.
• Contribute to the transformation of the parts repair center through automation and digitalization.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a repair workshop.
• Ability to perform component-level troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Experience repairing power supplies, controllers, PCBs, monitors, RF generators, RF matches, or chillers.
• Ability to work swing shifts; flexibility to support overtime.
• Strong communication, ownership, accountability, independence, discipline, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience repairing RF generators, RF matches, or chillers.
• Good soldering skills.
• Previous experience in repair work.
