Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Translate portfolio priorities into an integrated program plan covering objectives, milestones, outcomes, schedules, resources, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-project planning sessions, delivery reviews, dependency meetings, capacity planning, and follow-up on program decisions.
• Establish and operate the program governance framework, consolidating risks, issues, dependencies, status reports, RAID logs, and action plans.
• Monitor data quality, architecture, security, documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness requirements while escalating blockers and resource conflicts.
• Prepare dashboards, executive reports, governance packs, presentations, and recommendations for portfolio reviews and steering committees.
• Track delivery, budget, capacity, risk, data quality, and stakeholder KPIs and improve program and project management practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing programs across several interconnected data or technology projects.
• Experience coordinating and challenging multiple Project Managers while preserving their delivery accountability.
• Strong grounding in integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, benefits tracking, capacity planning, and consolidated reporting.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English required, including executive-level reports, governance packs, and decision papers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data platforms, data products, data governance, and data lifecycle management.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies, cloud platforms, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional delivery methods.
• PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe certification; experience in payments, financial services, or fintech.
