What you will do

• Supervise employees performing assembly, inspection, testing, and final testing of capital equipment, systems, components, and subsystems.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational performance metrics, lead milestone meetings, and improve cycle time and production effectiveness.
• Resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate conformance with customer and supplier requirements.
• Manage employee training, development, performance management, hiring, rewards, and disciplinary processes.
• Optimize production capacity and drive Lean, safety, quality, process improvement, and corrective-action initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the relevant job family.
• Formal supervisory experience with responsibility for setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to exchange information tactfully and handle sensitive issues with employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ability to comply with hirify.global Standards of Business Conduct and applicable safety procedures.
