Systems Administrator

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Candidates must be authorized to work in Spain on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support business systems and applications to ensure reliable daily operations.
• Lead the user transfer project between Microsoft 365 environments, including accurate migration of user data.
• Manage Microsoft-based workstations, laptops, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement security measures, monitor system performance, conduct audits, and maintain IT documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience administering Microsoft Office 365.
• More than 5 years of experience with Windows Active Directory and Azure environments.
• More than 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune.
• Proven experience with user migration in Office 365 and Azure, SaaS applications, and Single Sign-On solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and authorization to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
