What you will do

• Manage customer experiences by identifying financial needs, positioning appropriate hirify.global solutions, and building customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales and service conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Identify referral opportunities and collaborate with ecosystem partners to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, including the use of banking technology and digital tools.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately while following policies and managing risk.

Requirements

• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma, GED, or university degree is not required; comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, and selling.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, accountability, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office at the Fort Worth, Texas branch.
