Regional Banking Relationship Service Specialist

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. Office-based workplace; applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide first-line customer service support for business banking customers and Relationship Managers.
• Open and maintain business depository accounts, including customer documentation execution.
• Handle business banking overdrafts and non-sufficient funds cases.
• Process post-closing loan advances, payments, and payoffs according to bank policy.
• Research and resolve deposit, credit relationship, and operational service issues.
• Initiate and follow up on fraud processes, support product recommendations, and connect customers with the appropriate colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in high-volume clerical support or banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, build customer relationships, and operate with minimal supervision.
• PC and internet proficiency.
