What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal and external partners.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking services.
