HR Manager (iGaming): Building and owning the end-to-end HR function for a fast-growing iGaming content provider with an accent on employee lifecycle administration, recruitment, compliance, and people systems. Focus on configuring HRIS workflows, coordinating work visa applications, shaping scalable policies and SOPs, and advising leadership on workforce planning and retention.

What you will do
- Own the full employee lifecycle and configure Employment Hero or an equivalent HRIS.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding.
- Coordinate work visa applications and renewals with the company's immigration lawyer.
- Develop workplace policies, maintain compliance with Fair Work legislation, and support investigations and employee relations.
- Coordinate training, career development, succession planning, payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
- Advise leadership on headcount, retention, engagement initiatives, and scalable HR processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR or people roles, including experience as an HR Manager or senior generalist.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience owning the employee lifecycle and configuring an HR platform or HRIS.
- Experience managing recruitment from briefing through onboarding.
- Strong employee relations, performance management, workplace investigation, and employment legislation knowledge.
- Experience establishing or improving HR processes, systems, and SOPs in a growing business.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming or with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment, ideally as a first or sole HR hire.
- Exposure to payroll processing and partnership with Finance on payroll and benefits.
- Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira.
