Field Application Engineer (2026 New College Graduate) (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand technical needs for semiconductor IC product development.
• Assess the competitive landscape and advocate winning hirify.global value propositions.
• Partner with account managers, product marketing, and technical experts to create application-specific presentations.
• Combine technical and commercial terms into design-winning proposals.
• Identify and resolve issues that prevent opportunities from progressing from design win to product tapeout.
• Advocate internally for improved features and capabilities when competitive gaps exist.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and proven good academic standing.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.
• Availability for up to 20% travel, primarily domestic with some international travel.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical and commercial concepts clearly.
