Electrical Engineer (DFT Display Lab)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. Relocation is not available. Travel is required up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Design and modify electrical or electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and develop solutions for difficult product issues.
• Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests and analysis.
• Generate electrical product specifications and review engineering documentation for product releases.
• Coordinate component procurement and assembly, identify critical-part suppliers, and support supplier development.
• Lead or execute engineering projects, support junior colleagues, and build consensus on technical decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and business drivers relevant to electrical engineering.
• Ability to perform engineering analysis and troubleshoot complex electrical issues with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership skills for leading small projects.
