Manufacturing Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Own and support die pick-and-place and reflow curing processes.
• Monitor process performance through statistical analysis and drive yield and quality improvements.
• Investigate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead improvements in process capability, cycle time, equipment utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support NPI, process qualification, engineering changes, equipment evaluation, and process characterization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
• 2–3 years of process engineering experience in semiconductor or SMT manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Knowledge of die pick-and-place, reflow curing, SPC, DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis methods.
• Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, NPI, and process qualification.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical software.
