What you will do

• Lead commercial activities and ensure the financial success of infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate and manage terms, conditions, and payments for subcontracts and suppliers.
• Monitor contract performance, track obligations, and conduct regular site visits.
• Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate budget changes and capture cost variances.
• Maintain change registers and provide commercial data for management reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Nepicar Park Office, Wrotham, UK
• Proven experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within a construction environment.
• High level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office and large data sets.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial procedures.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
